Zwischen 5. und 9. Jänner 2011 wurde eine Delegation aus dem Burgenland, Kärnten und Wien zu einem Treffen mit dem Titel „Grund VIC-Europaprogramm“ in Łódź eingeladen. Es ging darum, dass sich Einrichtungen aus dem Bereich Erwachsenenbildung vernetzten – und sich so mit dem Thema „Roma und Sinti in Europa“ verstärkt auseinandersetzten.
