Die Initiative Minderheiten, Romano Centro, Verein Roma-Service, die Österreichische Gesellschaft für Politische Bildung und die Volksgruppenredaktion Wien im ORF luden gestern zur Podiumsdiskussion „Roma an die Universität!“ ins ORF KulturCafé im Wiener RadioKulturhaus ein.
Was sind die Ursachen dafür, dass Roma und Sinti in Österreich vergleichsweise geringe schulische Bildungserfolge verzeichnen? Ist es das Schulsystem, das hier versagt, liegt es an der Roma-Community, oder sind es die gesellschaftlichen Bedingungen, unter denen Roma und Sinti in Österreich leben?
