„Safe European Home?“ besteht aus einer Installation von Delaine und Damian Le Bas auf dem Vorplatz des Parlaments und aus der von Suzana Milevska kuratierten Ausstellung „Roma Protokoll“ im Pressezentrum des Parlaments. Die begehbare Installation „Safe European Home?” soll auf grundlegende Phänomene wachsender sozialer Unsicherheit und Ungleichheit in Europa aufmerksam machen und gleichzeitig eine Diskussion über notwendige Massnahmen zur Gleichstellung minorisierter Gruppen wie der Volksgruppe der Roma eröffnen. Die parallel dazu stattfindende Ausstellung „Roma Protokoll“ im Pressezentrum des Parlaments versammelt unterschiedliche künstlerische Positionen, die auf die Situation der Roma im heutigen Europa Bezug nehmen und thematisiert Zusammenhänge historischer und gegenwärtiger Sachverhalte wie den nicht ausreichend erforschten Roma-Holocaust, Rassismus, Vertreibung, erzwungenes Nomadentum, ungleicher Zugang zu Bildung, unzureichende humanitäre Rechte und deren Auswirkungen. Begleitet wird „Safe European Home?“ von einer Bibliothek/Infothek, einem Filmprogramm, einem Symposium, einem Workshop, einem Forum und einem Abschlussfest.
